Who Is The Owner Of City Electrical Factors?

Need to sue Moving Co.Do I sue in city it took place or where they are/where I am now?How do I find the person to sue (owner etc.) ?

• Moved from Ca. to Idaho.Hired Co.A. They then went back to L.A. & had another co. all together deliver my items.They broke our contract by doing that.Then many of my items were lost or broke.Insurance I got through them said they owe me $2600. That's lbs X .60. Do I sue in first city they got my items from...or in the city that they live in or even city I live in now?. Also how do I find a specific person in this Co. to sue? such as owner...? Also now they will not returned any calls,even when I had been very pleasant about this.They now just turn me over to voicemail.Please help if you can. Its very much appreciated!

  First ... unless the contract stated they would not use another company, there was no breach of contract. Moving companies do it all the time, for various reasons. Second ... if the insurance pays, you can't sue the company for the loss. If the insurance doesn't pay, you would sue the insurance company. Third ... that's why you should always have renters/homeowners insurance. They would pay more than 60-cents/pound for you loss.
