How to change Language on Windows phone?

So I screwed up bad. I wanted to add an Arabic (or something that looked like Arabic keyboard) to my phone for fun but instead I changed my whole phone to who knows what language, and I don't think its Arabic. Iv tried to change it back and iv gotten as far as language but when I go in there only a million other variants of this damn language. How the hell do I make it english again without fully wiping my phone?
