What would be the best time of year to go to Great Wolf Lodge?

  • My sister and i are saving money to go to either great wolf lodge or six flags. We both agreed to mainly save up for Great Wolf Lodge. Well we're babysitting and we are only making $4 each per hour for about 2-3 days a week. We want to get the Grizzly Bear Suite but its really expensive if we choose to go toward December, and its about $450 during the end of June. What would be the best time to go to great wolf lodge? It has to be between July - December. Please give us an idea. Thank You! c:

    early fall would be best. the animals are active getting ready for winter yet the plants are still leafy

JULY! You can go on all the water slides without freezing

I went during winter or fall i believe to the wolf lodge. It was like 6 or 8 years ago but its all indoors so its like steaming in the inside for the water slides. Now six flags is different. If its just a one time thing id go during summer. It would be great because all the rides including the water park is open. But if you like funny and creepy things goin during fall around october. thats when fright fest starts and all the costumes and all the creepy things come out. up to you though. I feel Six flags is more fun the the great wolf lodge but thats just me.

Great Wolf Lodge in the fall or winter is great. It is not normally crowded and there are no wait times for anything. Food is so so. We had to eat out for lunch and dinner. Otherwise you can stay the whole time indoors.
