What's the best way to make my teeth super white and clean?

I make a paste out of baking soda and water and use it every other day but nothing beats a a good cleaning by a dental hygienist twice a year (:

well my teeth are pretty white. and i have found that what has made the biggest difference in my teeth was mixing freshly squeezed lemon juice with baking soda and brushing it on your teeth.

Bsking soda and peroxide paste works well. Don't use every day, baking soda is abrasive. Once a month is fine. Personally, a sonic care tooth brush has made all the difference for me. I use crest 3D whitening toothpaste with it. Keeps them shiny white.

You brush your teeth and that's it. You don't even need tooth paste. It's brushing that does the job, not what you put on the brush. Teeth are naturally yellow, not white. The only reason to want white teeth is that you are a movie star, and in that case you would not be asking for advice from strangers. A dentist uses hydrogen peroxide, but it is a lot stronger than what you can get. It is almost strong enough to explode, certainly strong enough to damage the gums. That's why they don't sell it to just anybody.

wet ur toothbrush, put a bit of baking soda and brush than brush ur teeth normaly. use baking soda every 2 weeks or so. there are mouth wash's that fight plake which makes ur teeth yellow so yes mouth wash's can help.

Do what Shane said. Don't, please, try to lighten them yourself. Ask your dentist first!!!! And avoid the things that stain.
