IMO its a really BAD idea. Don't even try to start a business that you know nothing about, that's just throwing your money down a toilet. Get a job with a real estate company, learn the business inside and out, take classes etc. With no experience you have no chance.

You need to be licensed to sell real estate. Check with your states requirements.
