Answer:
It's very difficult to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. However, if you want to achieve this, there are a few things you can do. 1. Don't use a bulking protein. You'll probably gain muscle but your calorie intake will be too high to lose any fat in the process. 2. Don't do low reps in the gym. High reps gain more muscle and burn more energy which can burn fat if your calorie intake is low enough. 3. Take your protein once a day, after your workout, with the suggested serving on the tub. 4. Don't eat carbs at night, especially before bed. Doing that gives your body a chance to convert their energy to fat while you sleep. 5. The basic rule for losing weight in fat is eating less calories than you use. So definitely count. 6. Walk or run everyday you can Losing fat is quicker than gaining muscle but you have to be committed to whatever you're doing if you want to see results.

You don't lose weight by gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat, you know. Protein powder is made of powdered milk and soy flour, and it costs about $1.25 for as much protein as you get in a dime's worth of milk. Protein shakes are protein powder with added sugar and flavor. Your diet is important, but timing is not, with only a few exceptions. Figure out how much fat you want per day and get it all for breakfast. Fat slows digestion so you don't get hungry between meals. The only thing you drink before and after exercising is water. Your body needs about 65 (female) or 90 (male) grams of complete protein per day. you don't need more because you exercise or less because you loaf. For convenience you only count 6 grams per egg, 12 grams per glass of milk, and 24 grams per quarter pound of meat. You can add powdered milk to liquid milk to get more protein. There are eight kinds of protein and you also need 32 other nutrients. It's smart to be concerned about what you eat, but only keeping track of protein is only part-smart.
