I need help with my avatar. I can upload the image but i can't save it. How can i fix this?

This happens sometimes when the image is larger than 5MB. I've also seen this happen off and on as a glitch in the system. Keep trying and try some other images too. If it still doesn't save, then contact Customer Support and Eric will help you out. I've had this happen before and the next day it worked fine. Try a couple of images first. Then, Customer Support.
