I am talking about Microsoft Security Essentials Antivirus Software, how to download it? when i try to download it shows error that windows defender is already installed, that is why kindly guide me how to download Microsoft Security Essential in windows 8.1 because i want Security Essential instead of Windows Defender

I would just go to your control panel. Two ways to fix this. Click Windows Defender and disable it from the or go to the Action Center and disable Defender from there. Then download and install MSE. Or if Defender is on your Programs and Features, you can un-install it from there also.
