So at the end of an interview the interviewer may ask "do you have any questions". I have three, and would like to ask the best one.
-
which of these three questions should I ask the interviewer. 1. Is there any reason you wouldn't hire me? (I'm guessing they will see that I don't have any bad background check). 2. What type of employee are you looking for? ( I'm sure they will talk about what employee they are looking for and I would shake my head yes because its true or I agree. I'm sure they will like that I shake my head and agree because they may see that I'm like that). 3. Is there anything information you need from me? ( I would ask that for the interviewer can scan their paper and ask me any question). What's your opinion? which should I ask? should I ask 2 or 3?

Answer:
There's only three questions you need to ask, how much do I get paid an hour? what kind of health insurance do you offer? and do I get paid sick days.

I would definitely not ask #1. They are interviewing you because they found something in the resume that they believe matches what they are looking for. You could ask what the next step in the hiring process would be and when to expect to hear back from them.

Ask as many as you want. I wouldn't ask #1 though ... it opens their mind to doubts.

work hours. how much money. job assignment

no offense but I don't like any of those questions. the first opens up doubt in their mind. the second makes them state the obvious. the third I'm sure they'll ask you for whatever they need

None of them strike me as good questions. Unless you have an honest question that arises from the interview I would just say, no sir /ma'am, you made everything very clear. Thank you
Ask 3. Or "What would I be doing to start out?"

I think generally when they ask if you have any questions you're generally meant to ask more about the company, the working conditions or the requirements of the job. Asking if there is any reason they wouldn't hire you puts them in a bit of a pickle because they haven't necessarily made their mind up about you yet and you're turning the interview on it's head which isn't something I recommend you doing. They may not appreciate that. I would suggest asking what employee they are looking for but as they are likely to explain that beforehand I would follow up with asking something like - are there any remuneration benefits provided or do they provide work-life balance?

Throughout the interview, the questions they ask me tells me what type of person they are looking for. I usually say, "No you've explained everything quite well and I can see that I would like to work here."
