Is it legal to make a business out of reselling Pokemon cards?

I was just wondering if reselling mass amounts of Pokemon cards was legal if you are buying them from another website and synthesizing different types of cards to create your own packs.

Yes you are creating fakes. If you were just reselling originals that you buy on line it would be ok. I know there is the Print Your Own Pokémon Card app but if I were you I would check into copyright infringement laws before selling mass amounts of these things. You could face fraud charges as well and that is a federal offence.
