Watch detox/water weight loss videos on youtube 2) bicycle crunches are great start with 5 add 3 the next day then repeat by adding 3 more the next day 3) leg lifts start with 5 add 5 the next day they repeat by adding 5 more the next day 4) squats (start with fifteen and add five then next day then repeat by adding five more the nest day 5) cardio i would do this everyday although take rest days on the cardio
