How would you know if someone deleted your dm message from Instagram?

ok so I message this guy on Instagram direct message and I was wondering is there a way to know if he/she deleted your message? because the message I sent this guy is still there is there a way to know if he deleted my message even though he didn't reply to me?

Answer:
Nope. If he/she deleted it from their account, it will still show the messages on your account. Otherwise there is no way of telling if said person deleted your messages.
