I would try and be more creative. Obviously you are managerial material. You wouldn't have started a new team and been productive if you weren't. And, obviously you are a team. I would omit both of those out of the title. How about: Cooperative Risk Planning

Is it a company sports team? I don't understand the need to name the various groups as a single team name unless you are going to get athletic shirts made and go out and play softball.
