How do you mitigate the inherent risk of a one-person team?

We are naming our new team(including Human Resources, Planning, Risk Management part) in the company. which one sounds more natural?

  • 1)Administration team, 2)General Management team, 3)Management team, 4)Business Management team 5)another idea

    I would try and be more creative. Obviously you are managerial material. You wouldn't have started a new team and been productive if you weren't. And, obviously you are a team. I would omit both of those out of the title. How about: Cooperative Risk Planning

Is it a company sports team? I don't understand the need to name the various groups as a single team name unless you are going to get athletic shirts made and go out and play softball.
