What do they mean by production experience?
-
Looking to apply for a job as a lab assistant , and application says ,"Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/6 months - 1 year of clinical laboratory or production experience."
-
Answer:
Production, in general, means you would be involved in the making of the final product; whatever that may be. I think what they are saying here, is they want someone with a diploma or GED and someone who has worked in a similar position before for 6 months to a year. I've found that experience requirements are negotiable. It's all in how you sell yourself in the interview.
