Why do photos fail to upload on e-bay?

Photos on Ebay assistance?

  • I take photos of the product on my mobile with flash, and the picture turns out near perfect quality. I upload them to the mobile app, still near perfect. Yet, once I publish or preview the listing, the photos become extremely blurry. This is going to affect my sales as it has in the past. How do I resolve this problem? I take the photos on my Galaxy Note 3 with flash under poor room lighting, thus the flash, and in a small confined space that partially covers lighting from the ceiling. Could the room lighting be the problem? Do I get a new bulb? Take pictures in a open space? Does uploading them to Ebay condense the photo? My future sales are in jeopardy. Thanks in advance.

    Your best bet would be to buy a camera and stop using your phone for photos. I can always tell which photos on eBay and Craigslist are taken with a phone. The quality just isn't there. You could pick up a good used digital camera at a pawn shop for $20-$40.
