Jobless societies wanted?

Why societies run around successful and promotes success.what about the people who failed .don't they have any role in society.

  • what is the root, reasons, evolution for this success and failure game in society. in some , it became like an obsession. does this exist in animal societies too ? i wanted to know the reasons from every angle can any one answer me please

    Successful people are honored for what they accomplished but for what they endured, too. These people failed many times before mastering their skills and making it. So, in a way, they are two sides of the same coin. Animals definitely obsess over success and failure like we do. A lion will only attack in packs because they cannot afford injuries that will keep it from hunting and surviving. Evolution plays its role, as the fittest live and the weak die.
