  • tired too fast? how can i run really fast but have more stamina so not to get tired too fast too soon? how can i develop more stamina so i can run faster longer???? can a cardio expert please tell me. thank you.

  • Answer:

It's best not to start off running really fast to be honest. If you're going to run you should start off at a manageable speed, even if it's just a slow jog and work your way up. Jogging at 4 mph for 20 minutes is better than running 8 mph for 2 minutes. Also, when you're running try breathing in your nose and out of your mouth very steadily. It takes a lot of focus at first but it helps you not get winded so quickly.

In order to add exercise to a weight loss program, I suggest that you just walk for 30 minutes at least 5 of every 7 days.

You have the same problem I do we are both a little overweight and the only form of exercise is an exertion for us that's why we need to start slow and work our way to top level

It's normal. Don't try to do so much so fast. Start slow and then progressively get faster.

Don't run fast. You tire too quickly. Just jog. If you jog a mile in ten minutes that is fast enough, but you don't even have to go that fast.
