What causes lower right back pain?

Blurry vision, headaches, pain and numbness in left fingers, fatigue, lower back pain and a clogged right ear. What causes these symptoms?

  • I've had these symptoms for a few weeks now. I went from 20/20 vision to not being able to see the tv guide, signs on the road to stuff right in front of me. It comes and goes. I have been under a lot of stress lately.

This could be a stroke (if you are grown) or several different symptoms to different things... the ear could be a blockage (like wax), the eyesight could be a stress thing, but the numbness really concerns me. I think your best bet is to see a doctor because numbness is a HUGE sign that something bad is happening in the brain.
