Why don't you paint them red? I mean you could even do a rattle can job if you so desired. Also you can get caps for your calipers that will make them look exactly like those high performance brake calipers. Other than that the only way to find out is to ask. Some may do it for free, Some may charge you an hours labor as a minimum and paint.
