Where to find a community Calendar?

What does Quality Advising for Student Advancement and Retention mean in a community college and where can I find an image for it as well?

I am trying to design a logo for my community college and I don't know what QuASAR (Quality Advising for Student Advancement and Retention) means. I have searched all over the internet and I can't seem to find anything on this nor find a picture. I have very little time to complete this. Any help with me appreciated.
