How to get in med School in USA?

What are good med schools in states which are easy to get into?

  • IN USA or CANADA which med universities have a low cost, are easy to get into, and are actually a reputed program( not just some random med school nobody cares about) . also which universities would let me complete the mbbs and other specialities in less years? i know it sounds like a dream list but pls help? the main point is which is EASY TO GET INTO???? remember this is for usa or Canada only

    None ... all medical schools are expensive, and difficult to get into ... I don't know that I'd want a doctor/nurse treating me, who looked for the cheapest/easiest school to get into.

well its true about all of them are hard to get into. But if you research highest graduate rate of med schools in Canada and the USA you might find something. If your grades are good then you will be fine and eventually find the right med school for you

Every medical school (at least in the USA) requires a competitive GPA and MCAT score (which you have to spend days studying for), completion of several science prerequisites (biology, organic chemistry, chemistry and physics), good recommendation letters from science faculty and physicians (whom you've taken the time to shadow), a good application (including activities such as research, volunteering, work experience and/or leadership experience), and the time and money to apply to schools, prep for and go to interviews around the county. I'm sure Canada's process is similar. In short: no it is not easy. A lot of people don't get in. I'm not saying this to dissuade you, but to let you know what you are getting yourself into. Only the ones who truly care about the profession, work hard, and have the perseverance get in. As for cheaper med schools, your state's public med schools will be the cheapest.
