I have a lot of parties to go to but i'm embarrassed to wear the same thing more than once.

So I'm in 6th grade now and this is the age where a lot of kids in my school are having bar/bat mitzvahs. For these parties, you have to dress in skirts, dresses, rompers of anything fancy. I have already worn most of my "cool" or new outfits and I'm embarrassed to wear an outfit more than once. I have a lot of old dresses and skirts that still fit me but I feel like they look too childish.Does anyone know some good stores to buy cute but affordable clothing?

Answer:
Same. I'm in 7th and I have a lot of Bar Mitzvahs coming up. I went to Kohls and bought 3 dresses. Just remember to never wear the same outfit twice in the same week. Also, if it bothers you so much, switch up the jewelry, or wear one of your cute new tops with one of your not so new jeans. Then wear your new pants with an older top. That way you'll still look cute, and you can have more "cute new clothes" days.

Honestly, go to thrift shops sometimes they're actually pretty cute clothes! Mix and matching is pretty fun, be original, don't be embarassed! You have pretty clothes, then show them off!:)

Do you remember what all of the people at every party you have ever attended wore? And if you do actually remember every outfit of every person at a party you attend, do you think less of that person if you see them wearing the same clothes again? Really? Go to thrift stores and such to pick up accessories for the outfits that you like best and when people compliment you on your outfit say "Thanks". If anybody happens to notice that you wore the same thing at another party and is so socially clueless that they make a negative comment about it, simply smile and tell them, "Thank you for noticing my outfit. It is one of my favorites."

Khols, rue 21, etc... A lot of times, you can pair old with new to give it a different vibe as well. Like with an old skirt, pair it with a new blouse and jewelry and shoes or something. It looks completely different and usually costs a lot less than buying a whole new outfit. Plus then you have more pieces to mix and match with.

Your friends won't notice if you space them a part enough, also try different hair styles & adding belts or scarfs it changes the look
