How can I get rid of a heat rash in 8-10 hours?

  • i have a heat rash on my hand and arm (pretty mild heat rash) and me and my girlfriend were gonna hang out and chill and watch a movie so I need to get rid of it by tomorrow.

    I dont know if this will work but it did for me ,Try Belcam Bath therapy (its like a body wash and Shampoo best part is that is that it smells like mint and had a a rash but it wasn't severe one,and i just took a shower and used and it worked or just put some of it on your arm with cold water and Rinse it off it might work if not go with the other person's idea

Maybe take a bath with cool water, and have air conditioning on.

rinse the rash with cool water and have the AC on and lastly put anti itch cream on it if you dont have ant anti itch cream then try you best to not itch. hope u and you and your girlfriend have a great time!
