How do you make a "move" on a guy? or should I give it more time? Am I moving to fast?

Examine your goals..what's the desired end result... what move are you referring too?

You should just say "Do you want to hang out (day) as more than friends". Take your time though. (Also maybe don't take advice from someone who has never been in a relationship unless you think my advice is good)

Ask him out.

In a conversation where you are flirting, as you say, look him in the eye with a grin and say: "Well, are you going to ask me out or what?" If he seems dismayed, wink and say "Just kidding." But if he isn't dismayed, if he likes the idea, you have given him his opportunity to say something. Maybe even ask you out.

If you have to ask "am I moving too fast" you probably are. @Jacqueline's right. Build a strong friendship first.

Take your time, for example maybe take his hand gently but be okay with it if he pulls away. Gradually you could take baby steps, remember, baby steps. Until you could tell him that you like him.
