I can force myself to work out every day. And I count calories. But I can't stop eating so much food! How do I effectively motivate myself?

Answer:
Weight loss comes down to will power and self-control. It requires a person to retrain their brains. It's certainly difficult. If you're struggling to eat less calories, look for protein pills or protein powder at your local pharmacy. They will be labelled with protein, or weight loss supplement. It's important that you understand that you cannot rely strictly on the supplements. You have to still maintain a good diet, and daily exercise. Lastly, consider making an appointment at your local clinic to be sure that this isn't a health concern. It's also a good idea to talk about using protein supplements with your doctor.

ugh I know what you mean..one thing that helped me was I started taking amino acids. they sell liquid but it has lots of sugar so I take the tablets. if you are working out they are good because they help prevent or lessen muscle soreness and fatigue. also they help the muscle repair quicker. after I took them for a couple of weeks I do believe it helped take the edge off my appetite. they are so cheap too so you're not blowing $50 like other supplements.

Start by drinking a lot more water, the average person should drink around 2 liters of water, this is typically well known but people tend to miss the mark. You could try eating foods that curb your hunger, find yourself eating a bagel or some other form of carbohydrate in the morning? Try switching to two eggs. Some foods that help curb hunger- -soups, stews, cooked whole grains, and beans -Fruits and vegetables -Lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs -Whole grains, like popcorn You may also be bloated if you see no apparent results, try cutting back on the salt ps. for myself personally I find eating yogurt (especially Greek), which I do not particularly like that much, makes me not want to eat much after. hope this helps

You sound motivated enough. Take it one step further and try hypnosis therapy. A warning though. They have their private collection of videos of patients hypnotized to act like various farm animals.

You should be eating enough calories proportional to your body's needs. The more exercise you do the greater your caloric needs. If you are concerned with getting rid of flab, aerobic exercise is the way to go. Starvation is not an effective or healthy means of getting into shape.

Limit calories it's a matter of mind over matter. If you font mind it dont matter.

It sounds like you have excellent discipline to work out daily! That's half the battle. Perhaps it's what you are eating. Most people only require between 1,800- 2,500 calories a day. It's a perfect time of year for delicious summer fruits and vegetables. Also make sure and hydrate yourself properly. Drinking a glass of water before meals often curbs your appetite a bit. Eating six small meals a day...water first and eat as slowly as possible tricks your brain into thinking you are fuller faster! The six smaller meals a day will speed up your metabolism as well and you will feel less deprived. Watch out for diet sodas, they are very high in sodium!

-If you're gonna eat that much, try to eat healthy things like fruits and vegetables -force yourself not to eat too much junk food, if you know you're eating too much then don't even look at the cabinet (or wherever you keep your food.)
