Where can you get a permit for exotic pets?

Unique pets allowed in Pennsylvania that aren't exotic?

  • Are there any animals in Pennsylvania that are unique or special, but aren't exotic. Pets that someone normally wouldn't think of? If possible, could you list examples of species that are allowed in Pennsylvania but aren't exotic? I really want to get a new pet, but all the ones I want to get are barred by the exotic license permit and since I won't be able to get "2-years experience" or anything, I'd like to get something that's still unique but not an "exotic" animal.
