How to scare your friends at a sleepover good?

Ok, so my friends r scared of the dark, and I dunno what to do to scare'em. So, can someone give me some ideas of what I can do to get'em good, please?Thank u!

Have them play a game called "Five Nights at Freddy's." and leave unexpectedly. Don't let them see you leave. When people are concentrating on the game, like from Night 2 to Night 3, I would hide close to them and then go at them RIGHT AFTER the jump-scare. Say this: You leave unexpectedly, and it's Night 3 in the game. The character "Bonnie" jump scares them and leaves them very jumpy. At the GAME OVER Screen, you come in and scare them.
