How do I make my own custom charm bracelets?

So I want to make my own charm bracelets. I want them to be on a chain bracelet like in these 2 pictures: https://www.stickyj.com/media/product/CR2050C.jpg http://mylitter.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Screen-shot-2012-07-18-at-1.49.26-AM.pngAnd also I want the bracelet to be attached by a lobster clasp. I also want the charms to be attached by more lobster clasps onto the chain links. Also I wanted to make the charms out of shrink plastic, but I have not worked with shrink plastic before so I don't know about how much I'll need to make enough charms for one bracelet. If anybody is a crafty person who has done this kind of stuff before could you please give me some tips on where to buy the stuff, how much of everything I'll need, and how to make all this work? Thanks in advance!
