How can I stop eating extra foods?

How to stop eating unhealthy foods without having withdrawal symptoms?

  • I don't eat much junk food, but I eat a lot of food that's only good in moderation, like kids cereal and pasta etc. I'm trying to eat healthier, but I'm concerned that if I cut off those foods too abruptly I'll get sick or something because my diet is used to the unhealthy foods. What's the best way to stop eating these foods gradually?

  • Answer:

You may be addicted to sugar which is the hint I got when you said you eat children's cereal. I don't eat sugar- it's such a bad habit . If I need energy, I have fruit for my glucose. Also, don't eat pasta except a few times a week- it will make you fat like nothing else . Those are carbs -don't eat anything made with white flour . The best way to learn how to eat healthier is to learn how to cook and make your own food. That way you can read the nutritional values on the things you buy . A little bit of pasta with some delicious spaghetti sauce poured over it that you make yourself (even from a jar but check label for less fats and carbs) is such a healthy meal with a huge salad and some fruit for dessert like a plate of strawberries .
