How can you make a video with photos?

I'm looking for an app for iPad that you can take photos and put them together and make a time lapse video. Does anyone no one?

I'm growing a plant and I thought it would be pretty cool if I took a picture of it everyday and put them all together to show it growing. Thought it sounded like a pretty good idea. But I can't find an app that does that. They have video ones, but I'm not recoding a video of my plant. all I want to do it take picture of it. Can anyone help me out here. Thanks!

I have seen my friends create things like that. It looked good and then I think they said they use flipgram. I don't know if it's in iPad.
