What military careers assist in humanitarian aid?

I was really interested in air national guard but I want to be full time. any Air Force jobs that responds to natural disasters like national guard?

I personally believe that any of our military provides humanitarian aid in some form or other. But just so you can be better prepared - Once you sign up you do belong to the government. You actually have little if any choice in what/where you will be used. The people in command will place you where you are needed most and your skills as an enlisted person are utilized to the fullest. It does not matter what the recruiter tells you. My brother joined and was put in the Ranger program - which was NOT what he signed up for.
