Has file sharing been disabled?
-
Some sites such as wupload, fileserve, filesonic, megaupload are no longer giving you the option to download files as they used to. Is this part of the Millennium Act against file sharing? Sometimes when you search, you receive omitted results that are blocked or inaccessible on google and if clicked on some, a banner would pop up with something about Supreme Court. I don't know. Anyone experiencing this?

Answer:
Yes, some sites limited access after SOPA and PIPA and those acts; some got closed like MegaUpload and others went private to store personal files only. In addition, the court does sometimes remove files shared as per their copyrights.
