What are some good homemade recipes for skin or hair?

Homemade skin care recipes?

Hi, I in my 20s. I have normal skin (or so I think). Any natural/homemade/easy-to-find recipes for: 1. Facial Cleanser. 2. Facial Toner. 3. Facial moisturizer. 4. Body Exfoliator. 5. Hair Growth Lotion. 6. Waterproof Sunscreen. Since I live in Bangladesh, not all items found in the western hemisphere can be found here, e.g. Strawberries, raspberries are unavailable. So it would be better if you could provide me with links for websites with few recipes for each category(e.g 2/3 recipes for sunscreen, and 2/3 recipes for moisturizer etc) And I hope you understand my English :P
