How do I go about to apply for a Visa Gift Card?

If you pay for something online with a Visa gift card and then return your order for a refund, does the money go back to the card?

    Usually it does. The store has to pay a certain percent to the CC company to accept your payment. It's best for them to put it on the card because they will usually get that percent back too.
