How do you setup a donation website for earthquake relief?

Remember the earthquake in Haiti? Obama appointed Bush2 and Clinton as "special ambassadors" to help in the relief effort?

• If you will recall Clinton and Bush2 did a few things together, and then Bush2 sort of disappeared and Clinton went on with the relief effort. Did you ever wonder why? Well, in light of recent scandals about the Clintons paying themselves money from the relief money donations, my guess is that Bush2 rubbed elbows with Clinton, wanted no part of him, so he quietly went home. There is something in the news that Haiti wanted to give Clinton an award for his recognition in raising relief money, and that for Clinton to accept this award and make the obligatory speech at the ceremony, Clinton required a fee of $500,000. They paid. There is also something in the news that as soon as Hillary was Secretary of State, Bill set up a dummy corporation that would be paid for Bill's consultation fees. So, that when some deal between the US and someplace was working, Bill would show up to consult and a fee would be paid to this new dummy corporation. Pay the fee to make things smooth. No payment, then things with the US would be rough. May be Iraq didn't pay Clinton's fee. May be Ukraine didn't pay the fee. May be China did pay the fee. It could be that all of these disasters that are happening in the world is not because obama is a revolutionary ideologue, but is simply who is paying and not paying obama, hillary and the democrats.
