Why do my ears hurt when I exercise?
-
Yes, of course I'm going to see a physician about this, but I just wanted to seek help elsewhere as well and ask if anyone else has experienced this? Or perhaps even gotten their issue diagnosed? It happens most often when I run, but also just cardio in general. It's not like a "ouch my ears hurt from being cold" pain, it's like a pain that's inside of the ear and gives off an awful headache. Just a little background information, I've had problems with my ears in the past (a lot of ear aches, ear infections, etc.) and ear problems also seem to frequent my family. Although I'm not entirely sure if that's relevant to my issue.

Answer:
I've been working out regularly for over a decade. I've never experienced anything like that. It's probably related to your prior ear issues. I'm glad you'll see a doctor about it. Good luck.
