How do I get my computer and iTunes to work again?

I just bought a game form itunes and when I wen to sync my ipod the game didn't sync. I checked everything to see if I did something wrong, but the game wasn't even on my computer! How do I get my money back or my game to work?(itunes already charged me)

    I have no idea how to fix it, the same thing is happening to mine and it's a new version (with camera), my old one never used to.
