What type of career can I get?

Though I would have liked to have had a career in law I realize that it is not possible. My question is what type of career can I have with such a conviction (perjury). I have applied for jobs,but every time I get to that question I never get an interview

    Well , I happened to be dating a man that turned out to be a bank robber. I had no clue of this. They searched my home and found a large sum of money. I was told to say the money was mine and they couldn't prove other wise. I was young and dumb. I testified that the money was mine and I was charged with perjury. It was a mistake that i made when I was younger, but it definitely proven to be a costly one.

It's gonna be tough, that's a pretty heavy one. It really depends on the person doing the hiring but you probably won't be able to find a position with any major company and if you find a low-level job somewhere it will take you a long time to make your way up to, say, management. Just out of curiosity..do you mind me asking what you perjured yourself over? If you don't want to say, that's perfectly O.K.
