Could I appeal to Hunter College if I been rejected? I know a lot of people that got accepted but are not going. Could there be room for me?

They probably accept more than they have room for because they've calculated a certain percentage who are not going to accept. Best bet is to check with the Admissions office. I have a Masters degree from there btw;)
