    First, visit your doctor. I felt the exact same way and still have the soft stool (that's due to an increase in hormones....no big deal really). My doctor told me not to have any caffeine, chocolate or deep fried foods within 3 days of my period starting and not for the first 2-3 days of it. Drink milk or water, eat fruit, veggies and lean protein to keep iron levels high. It worked! By the second month, I was a new woman with NO pms and no cramping/clotting. Gentle exercise can help too as it keeps your oxygen circulating.

It could very well be endometriosis. That would explain the stomache and back pain as well as the diarrhea. I would talk to a doctor. For many people birth control pills help with symptoms. Also, while exercise does help regular menstral cramping, this is not regular menstral cramping, and that would be why it makes it worse (this comming from a runner who suffers from this issue). Seriuosly, talk to a doctor. If you would like some more info on endometriosis, I will be happy to help, I know how painful it can be. :) goodluck.

Well you know what I have noticed? I always used to get horrendous cramps. I even had to take off from work some days because they were so bad. But I got involved in a relationship a few months ago and have a VERY active sex life (haven't had one in over 6 years prior to this). All of the sudden, my cramps are nil. Even my breasts are not as tender as they used to be. It's weird. The only thing I changed was my sex life!
