How can you heal a cut without having it leave a mark?

will my wound heal or should i apply mederma or anything

• will my cut heal about a 8 weeks ago i cut my bottom eyelid with a tooth pick it was not to deep did not bleed it scabed after a hour 2 days later the first week i peeled it off left a dent mark i put alot of stuff on it vaslean,creams,neosporin,vit e oil. i stoped putting stuff on it 3 weeks 4 weeks ago it filled in alot but a week after it filled in i felt like a tear and itching sensation. the cut im seeing i dont think its because of the cut i noticed it about 2 weeks and a half ago there was brown wet scab flakes i think i wipped it off thats when i saw it it looks like a deepish small cut should i alppy mederma please help it stoped itching and i have not touched it for weeks or applied anything leave a comment ill give you more detail if needed
