What's it called when you get bloated abnormally quickly?

whats it called on a psychological test if they say you forget stuff, get distracted, anxious and depressed?

• i took a psychological test last summer and thats what it showed, i do tend to forget stuff and ive been known to repeat myself too, plus i get distracted cant think straight , get depressed and anxious, all that showed up on the test, my counselor thinks i can get disability on that since i couldnt get it after my two hip surgeries and knee surgery i had a yr ago, i cant find full time work, i do some subbing in the schools but they dont call me every day, i can still keep the job if i get it as long as i dont go over certain hrs, just wondered what the diagnosis means, i took the test thru ovr and then they closed my case and now a counselor that works with disabled people thinks i can get it, just wondered what they call a disability like that, do they think im retarded or something that it shows im not remembering much like i should, been this way all my life, didnt know i could get disability for that and noone seems to want to hire me so ive been living on hardly any income for a yr, the counselor wants to help me get it, ive been denied before after my surgeries , is it worth trying? i cant seem to get full time work and i gotta live on something
