What is the best way for me to learn French?

I'm moving to Canada, I love the language and I want to be able to speak fairly fluently. I live in England, and I already -through doing French GCSE- can speak basic, I'm better at reading an writing. So what would be the best way to learn, online course? if so, which is the best? Reading? TV shows...?
