Im bulimic and I want to stop can i have help?

okay so i am 5 foot 4 inches i weigh 172 pounds i am also 16 my goal weight is to be 135 pounds or maybe 120 but i should also mention i have bulimia and i had it for 2-3 years and let me tell you..im sick of it i want my dream body and im not holding back anymore. i am starting my diet or life style today and i will tell you my meal plan BREAKFAST proteinbar or proteinshake with 2 glasses of water LUNCH chicken or fish 1 bowl of vegges such as peas , carrot etc tea unsweetened and water yogurt blended up with frozen fruit DINNER oatmeal 1/2 cup and water SNACK 1 gorolna bar with a cup of coffee with soymilk befor bed 1 cup of plain soymilk with a little honey i will work out everyday besides saterday and sunday at the gym i will do 60 min of cardio and the rest i will lift weghts am i eating to much ? any changes you would make? thanks im really desperate to loose weight and i have to get my diet back in order
