I want to know more about Pharmaceutical reps.

I lift 25 lb, 3 sets, 30 reps each, and I want to know if I am ready to take on 30 lbs

    What are you trying to accomplish? I never do 30 reps of anything... it's too boring. If you want to build muscle then pick a weight you can only do 10-12 reps of. If you want to build strength then pick a weight you can only do 3-7 reps of. If you're after endurance then do your reps faster and try to add more. At the point where you are doing 30 reps you aren't gonna gain anything unless you are doing those reps as intense as possible. If you can do 30 of it, then it's too easy. That's why drinkers get big bellies, not a huge arm from lifting the beer over and over.
