What is House M.D.'s chair?

Rep. Goodlatte (R) Chair of House Judiciary Committee: House doesn't have grounds to impeach President Obama. What do you think of this?

  • Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), chair of the House Judiciary Committee, on Sunday said the House doesn't have grounds to impeach President Obama. "We are not working on or drawing up articles of impeachment. The Constitution is very clear as to what constitutes grounds for impeachment of the president of the United States. He has not committed the kind of criminal acts that call for that," Goodlatte said on ABC's "This Week." But he still threw his support behind House Speaker John Boehner's (R-OH) bill to allow the House to sue Obama for using executive authority to delay the health care law's employer mandate. "We do believe that the President is not enforcing the law. And there's a wide array of issues, not just immigration, where we believe that," Goodlatte said. "And that's why the speaker, and many of us in the Congress, are getting ready to take legal action to stand up for the people's right, for their elected representatives to be the part of our government that passes laws, not a president with his pen and his cell phone." http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/goodlatte-no-obama-impeachment

Where to start? lol. It's over, people screwed up and voted twice for a narcissistic failure, people got duped and now it's time to bite the bullet and get on with life as we know it. a couple more years and we can say goodbye to the worst president in the history of the United States. hopefully the people who were double duped learned a valuable lesson.

He is playing politics, keeping the pot stirred. The solution will be that which will be apparent when election time comes around. Vote against obama and the political power that he has. Vote against all democrats at all levels of all governments. Obama has shown dereliction of duty if you remove the political argument. He would have been canned years ago if he were held to the standards of military officers, and some of his fiascos are worthy of a decision by trial where the facts would be known. Losing Iraq for example. There is a limit to how much politics can play into an event and when it becomes treasonous. The argument that he screwed the country because that was his politics is a lame excuse, only what a democrat would believe.
