How does SYMBICORT increase the risk of asthma-related death?

Your are wrongly arrested for a murder. Do you plead guilty for a life sentence or plead innocence and risk the death penalty? (see below)

  • If you plead guilty for the crime you did not do, the prosecutor will give you a deal of a life sentence without parole. If you plead that you are innocent, you risk the death penalty if you lose your case. It's a "gun-ho" prosecutor that wants a conviction and put this crime away fast. He is willing to let you off the death penalty so he can say he convicted the criminal and have another "feather in his hat". However, if you stay alive in prison, you might be able to file appeals that could eventually overturn the conviction. However, confessing to the crime (which you have not done) will devastate your relationships with friends and family and if you had a good job, that will also be destroyed. If you plead guilty, you risk the death penalty but you will have the support of friends and family and they may be able to help you prove your innocence. However, you don't know if the real killer will ever be found out. If your friends and family believes in you, you will at the very least have their moral support. That may be the only thing you have before you walk the green mile. There is always hope that the real murderer will be found out before you are executed...

  • Answer:

I'll die defending myself and the truth.

Plead Innocent

Atom Ant is grateful!

I'd plead innocent and risk the death penalty. I'd rather have the death penalty than sit around in prison, even if there was a chance of overturning things. I'm not afraid of death.

Ondine

No death penalty here, not guilty.

Gingerminx

I plead innocence with hopes of receiving the death penalty

I would never plead guilty to a crime I didn't commit. #NotGuilty

If I'm black I'll commit suicide. I'll lose anyway.

I would NEVER plead guilty for something I did not do. Either way I might face the death penalty. If I plead guilty I brand my loved ones for life as the family of a murderer. Nope, If I am innocent,I' m innocent. I also have a faith in God and the resurrection. No way I would plead guilty. Early in my young adult life, I was accused of being a immoral woman. It was because I worked with all men, and those men all wanted something from me. It was the 1970's sexual revolution and all that. Even though I turned them all down, each one bragged to the other what they got from me. No way, I would rather die than suffer that disgrace for something I did not do EVER again.

If I didn't kill someone, I didn't fucking kill someone. And I'm not going to admit I killed someone if I didn't. At least I don't think I would. I might remind this person what people did to Donald Marshall, Jr. "That man spent years in prison for a murder he did not commit... haven't you learned your fucking lesson? You're that desperate to put me away that you don't care that the real killer isn't caught? I'm not pleading a FUCKING lie in court, no matter what you say, you manipulative asshole... THAT is perjury!!!", I might say. Also, I do not believe for one second that my relationships with my family and friends would be destroyed. They know better than to believe I'd murder somebody. If anything, they would be pissed off and want to know my side of the story before judging. Also, I can easily show them I did not do it. But I still might tell them "People don't always believe family/friends in these cases!"
