Criticism and Extra feedback please. I want to know how well I've done? Question: Do we value only what we struggle for?
-
Value varies different from person to person based on their beliefs and their experiences growing up. Everybody will always have something they value; some created from cultural preferences and personal values created by other's views. The aspect of something being valued is buried within each person and it appears unknowingly. I believe we only struggle for the things we value, because we believe it will offer more to us then its weight of difficulty. For 17 years from what I've observed, I have never met a person who struggled for something they didn't believe was valuable. While there might be some people in the world that struggle for something they don't value, my classmates and I, have struggled to maintain our grades and practice to sharpen our abilities, despite coming from a socially disadvantage background. The value, gives each person a ray hope and motivation. From what each person may see, we treat our values differently in different ways. By subconscious carrying a value, we as human beings have achieved a great deal of achievements in businesses, management, health, and education, all of this caused our economy in America to blossom. Back in the late 1700s to the early 1900s, American paper currency was backed by gold, but as price for gold went up, people started melting the gold to sell for more than the paper currency was worth. Now today in America, our money system is run on the belief that government will grant us the underlying support as if it was equal to gold. Our generalization of income value is based on "in God we trust". But yet, we still value the money and work hard to achieve a higher paying job. As of now today, our economy runs on this idea of value. However, because of these ideas of values, it has affected us to be motivated to hang on and move forward in many obstacles. The more value is has to us, the more determined we will be about it, the less value it has to us, the less we bother dealing with it.

Answer:
We all have to have a purpose in life and everything takes work. If you don't work for anything, you won't have anything, and you won't appreciate it as much.
