How to get album artwork on an mp3 player?

I have a Sandisk MP3 Player and the all album art is showing up when hooked up to Windows Media Player, but some album art is not showing up on the player itself. Even when I look at the mp3 player files on the Windows Media Player, all the album artwork shows up on it. I then go into Windows Explorer and then I go into the MP3 Player from there and I don t see the album artwork so it has to be an issue there. How do I add album artwork to the Mp3 Player using Windows Explorer or Windows Media Player? What is the easiest program or software to do that? I am having some issues adding album artwork to each track using Windows Media Player, even though I hit copy and paste. I contact both Microsoft Support and SanDisk Support and both agents were very unknowledgeable.
