Which were the greatest royal dictatorships?

GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION- it is a crime often associated w. Communist dictatorships, but don't democracies also practice it? (pls read desc)..

• In a COmmunist totalitarian dictatorship like Northern Korea, one of the MAIN damning points is that if your family member is caught w.a serious crime, u can also be held accountable..... This is VERY WRONG because one can't control the actions of another, but are Communist dictatorships the only systems that practice this? Here is a scenario which happens in many democratic Asian countries...... In countries like Indonesia (rated as "free" politically), Thailand etc., and in almost all of ASEAN territory, if you are just eating chips in a place (like a restaurant, club etc) which gets raided by the cops because of suspected drug transactions there, they round up EVERYONE in that place and take them to the police station. Once in, they make EVERYONE do a urine test. So, if u tested positive, even if u consumed drugs like pot in say- Holland (where it's legal), or Uruguay (where it's legal) and didn't touch a microgram of any drug in the ASEAN country, you can still be arrested on drug charges! Is this also not another modification to the whole "guilty by association" thing? What makes this any different?
